The minimum rental period is 1 calendar month and the rental fee is non-refundable. Your credit card will be billed when you make an online payment. When your server has been paid for in full, we will complete your order. Your rental period will not start until the day we give you access to your server.

Users are permitted to run any combination of game process on their server with as many player slots as has been agreed. The user is responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use any mods or maps on their server.

The server may not be used for commercial purposes, nor is the server not to be named offensively or in a way to reflect a commercial organisation. The gaming server is for the sole purpose of hosting game processes. Vault5 servers may also run voice comms - not exceeding 20 slots. If the servers are used excessivly you will be billed prorata for bandwidth use. You may also use any plugins or anti-cheat software, excluding that which logs in realtime to another PC or any software that involves transmitting data in addition to that normally used by a 36 player server.

Vault5 servers may not be used to host files, downloads or any web content, this includes the uploading of any files, images or software not directly associated with the running of the game processes. Any such abuse of a server will result in service being suspended and the forfit of outstanding rental payments.
Vault5 have access to a local FTP site where updates and the like may be downloaded from at will. Vault5 will maintain this local site so that upon release all files are readily available.

All software pre installed on your server is licensed by Vault5. Any additional software you install is fully your responsibility and you are responsible for ensuring it is properly licensed and you have permission to use it. If in doubt contact Vault5 staff or the software vendor.

Vault5 Dedicated Servers are debranded, with the exception of the MOTD text (where available) which must include the following - "Powered by Vault5.com". Debranding can be arranged, please contact a member of staff.

Clans will have one weeks notice before the end of their rental in which to re-new their contract before their server is reallocated. Hence you will have the option to keep your server without any interruption to service.
